And then we apply today's computer-based engineering to make the classics better, and better priced.The Renaissance is undeniably one of our finest examples of this premise. With complications that should cost well over £1,000 and a movement that was originally designed in 1929, we have found a way to say "forgive us" for under £200 £100. Renaissance means "rebirth" and this is the rebirth of a vintage classic. The antique ivory dial displays a sun and moon indicator, a 24 hour military clock and a small sweep second hand. An exhibition back reveals the complex 19 jeweled manual movement, affording you the pleasure of seeing this mechanical marvel roar to life with just a quick wind. The brown, crocodile embossed leather band adjusts from 6 1/2" to 9". The Renaissance is a numbered limited edition of 4,999; to date, every one of our limited editions has sold out.
